To have one's individuality completely ignored is like being pushed quite out of life--like being blown out as one blows out a light. -- Evelyn Scott
Hi Z, these last three photos were all taken at the same store. We were shopping for stuff for our remodel. It sells new items, in vintage styles, and it sells old things that have been salvaged from old houses and estates. The sunburst mirror and the tray with glass thingys is new. The rototiller blades are old, old, old. I can only imagine that someone would want those if they (a) had an antique rototiller that they still used and needed some new blades; (b) collect old things like this and wanted to display them in their house or yard. They would look cool hanging on a patio wall, amidst ivy or other tangling vines. Anyway, we bought a doorbell and some drawer handles for our vanity/sink we are putting in. The vanity is probably from the early 1900's, but the handles don't go with our new bathroom, so we are replacing them with other stuff. :) I've posted pics from this store before...I'll see if I can dig them up and repost.
This is one of those pictures that make me believe that we really don't need a digital reflex camera for great photography - just a decent equipment and a good photographer :)

This is a great shot, looks very professional, like a catalogue/magazine pic. Nice colors.
